We had a lot of fun planning this clients Christmas party alongside Neon Touch Events, Food by Dish and White Light in Wonderlab. Science themed cocktails were served from our Chemistry Bar and the Foyer was transformed to create a party atmosphere with a DJ and dancefloor.
Illuminate and Wonderlab were selected for their versatile spaces and ability to hold interactive exhibits, presentations, discussions, and evening networking.
In collaboration with Roberts Creative Ltd the Illuminate team created a daytime conference for 300 guests featuring breakfast on arrival, a morning plenary session, lunch, and afternoon town hall. The objective was to create a high-end immersive experience.
