Want to invite an audience? With the versatility of Illuminate’s Levels 4 and 5, your event host(s), presenters and live audience can all safely attend in person, while observing social distancing guidelines. For even greater capacity, the four-room Smith Centre can be fully integrated for content relay and a full complement of cutting-edge audio visual technology is installed throughout these venues.

There are numerous platforms available enabling additional remote presenters and viewers to participate in your hybrid event. From recommending standard options, to the creation of a bespoke, branded microsite for your stream, White Light’s expert team will guide you every step of the way to find the perfect solution. Our catering partner Moving Venue understand the need to connect with colleagues or guests is as important as ever with hybrid events. They want to ensure that all guests, both onsite and streaming in, are able to enjoy the same high quality of catering that Moving Venue are known for.

The newly options developed called ‘Moving Menus’ are suitable to be safely served on-site with limited contact as well as delivered directly to the comfort of guest’s home to ensure all delegates gain the same experience.
