Event brief & objective:
To re-introduce the Science Museum and our events team to our agency clients. With a new team in place at the museum and new contacts at Moving Venue and White Light, it was the perfect opportunity to build new connections whilst showcasing the museum’s event spaces and capabilities to agencies old and new.
What sort of experience did you want to create for your guests?
We wanted the evening to give guests a taster of the experience they could create at the museum for their clients. We also wanted to provide them with information on the many different spaces available for events at the museum, as well as update them on the new teams at the museum, Moving Venue and White Light.
Guests were able to experience two of our popular event spaces, which we transformed for the evening and showcased how they could be set up for client events. With entertainment courtesy of Sternberg Clarke, good food from Moving Venue and some stunning AV effects from White Light, we ensured an enjoyable and memorable evening for all.
How did you choose which spaces at the museum you wanted to use for the event?
Our purpose-built event space Illuminate is one of our most versatile and can be used for daytime and evening events, so we really wanted to showcase its capabilities and its capacity to be transformed to meet any brief. Exploring Space is also one of our most popular galleries and can easily be adapted to suit various event types. Additionally due to the dark lighting the space comes to life when well-lit by White Light.
