What was the event brief & objective?
iPX is a partnership marketing conference run by impact.com, who specialise in partnership marketing across affiliate, creator and referral via their leading platform. The conference aims to explore the latest developments in the partnership marketing space, what’s next for the industry, and promote impact.com’s technology through their partners too.

Why was the Science Museum chosen for this event?
iPX is growing larger each year –  we were beginning to run over capacity with our attendees at our previous venue. The Science Museum matched what we were looking for – a dynamic, creative space with stage and large scale AV suitability, larger capacity for increased attendees, and a central location.

Did you have any unique elements included in the event?
Yes, we had several activations across engravings, Ai robot portraits, various food and drink stands, stage content (larger and smaller scale) and networking too to ensure attendees could connect with each other.

How did Illuminate work for your event?
The benefit of using the space was how dynamic and flexible it was in the floorplan capacity. The innovative design across the lighting grids combined with the light and airy venue was exactly the modern feel we wanted to create for guests.

Who were your catering partners?
Moving Venue provided a Spring/Summer themed menu with a mixture of canapes, bowl food and refreshments, as well as cocktails and mocktails with special toppers for the happy hour.

What feedback did you receive from guests?
Great feedback from all guests on the event, content and more. Guests really enjoyed the event venue for the setting and space it provided.

Client testimonial:
“Illuminate worked really well for the event! The team, especially Juan and on the day James & Dave & Katie, were so helpful, knowledgeable, and did their best to fulfil any and every request we put to them for the event. The stage design and lighting was a great draw for the event and all stages and AV worked so well.”
